By accessing or using ForeignSpouse's services, you agree to be bound by this Terms of Use Agreement ("Terms" or "Agreement"), including our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Community Rules and Security Tips, so please be sure to read this Agreement and these policies and procedures carefully before creating an account. We may update these terms from time to time, so please check this page regularly for updates. If you do not want to be bound by this Agreement, please do not access or use our services.

You are not authorized to create an account or use the Services unless all of the following are true, and by using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

You are an individual (i.e., not a body corporate, partnership, or other business entity) who is 18 years of age or older;

You are legally competent to enter into a binding contract with ForeignSpouse;

You are not prohibited by law from using our Services;

You have not committed, been convicted of, or pleaded not guilty to a felony or indictable offense (or similarly serious offense), sex offense, or any offense involving violence or threats of violence; or, you have received leniency for a non-violent offense and we have determined that you are unlikely to pose a threat to other users of our Services;

You are not required to register as a sex offender on any state, federal, or local sex offender registry;

You do not have more than two accounts on our Services; and we or our affiliates have not previously removed you from our Services or the services of our affiliates unless you create a new account with our express written permission.

If at any time you no longer meet these requirements, all authorizations to access our services or systems will be automatically revoked and you must immediately delete your account, and we reserve the right to remove your access to our services without warning.

You agree to:

Abiding by these Terms and Checking this page from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes;

Complying with all applicable laws, including but not limited to privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws and regulatory requirements;

Using the latest version of the website and/or app;

Reviewing security tips;

Reviewing and abiding by the community rules as updated from time to time;

And taking reasonable steps to protect the security of your login information.

You agree that you will not:

Falsely represent your identity, age, or affiliation with a person or entity;

Use the Services in a way that harms the Services or impedes other users’ use of the Services;

Use our Services in a way that interferes with, disrupts, or negatively impacts the platform, servers, or network of our Services;

Use our Services for any harmful, illegal, or unlawful purpose, including, but not limited to, using any Virtual Items to engage in money laundering or other financial crimes;

Harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, attack, defame, harm, or otherwise abuse or cause psychological harm to another person;

Post or share content that is prohibited by law;

Solicit passwords from other users for any purpose, or obtain personally identifiable information from other users for commercial or unlawful purposes, or distribute personally identifiable information without permission;

Solicit money or other items of value from other users, whether as a gift, loan, or payment of some kind;

Use another user’s account;

Use our Services for fraud, pyramid schemes, or other similar activities;

Use our Services to raise funds for any political campaign or to influence any election, except for sharing your own personal political views;

You are responsible for your content. Do not share any content that you do not want others to see, that violates this Agreement, or that may expose you or us to legal liability.

You assume full responsibility and liability for your content, and therefore you agree to indemnify, defend, release, and hold us harmless from any claims related to your content.

You represent and warrant to us that the information you provide to us or any other user, including any information submitted through Facebook or other third-party sources (as applicable), is accurate, and that you will update your account information as necessary to ensure its accuracy.

The content included in your profile should be relevant to the intended use of our services. You may not upload any prohibited content, and your content must also comply with the Community Rules. You may not display any personal contact, banking, or peer-to-peer payment information relating to you or any other person (e.g., name, home address or postal code, telephone number, email address, URL, credit/debit card, peer-to-peer payment username, or other bank details). If you choose to disclose any personal information about yourself to other users, you do so at your own risk. We strongly recommend that you exercise caution when disclosing any personal information online.

Your profile will be visible to people around the world, so make sure you are comfortable sharing your content before you post it. You acknowledge and agree that your content may be viewed by other users and that, notwithstanding these Terms, other users may share your content with third parties. By uploading your content, you represent and warrant to us that you have all necessary rights and authorizations to do so, and you automatically grant us permission to use your content.

We may provide tools and features that enhance your content and personal expression in Member Content, and we are continually developing new technologies to improve our Services. Certain tools or features may allow you to generate or enhance content based on your content. This remains your content, and you are responsible for it and its accuracy, your use of it in our Services, and any and all decisions, actions taken, and failures to take based on your content. Use caution when selecting and sharing your content.

You understand and agree that we may monitor or review your content and that we have the right to remove, delete, edit, restrict, block, or prevent access to any of your content at any time in our sole discretion. Further, you understand and agree that we have no obligation to display or review your content.
